Behavioral Intelligence for Growth

# African-built. Behavior-first. Growth-focused.

Kilele is an African-built behavioral intelligence company. We help organizations grow by understanding people better, combining behavioral science, data, AI, and experimentation with responsible execution.

Pulse diagnoses. AI generates. Hub executes. Labs documents field experiments. Learning compounds.

Who we are

## People behind the growth engine

Kilele is an African-built behavioural intelligence company. We exist because too many growth programmes spend on messaging without diagnosing why people stall—and then wonder why conversion stays flat.

### Fentone Omwony

Founder, Kilele Platforms

Behavioral economist based in Nairobi. Fentone applies insights from human behaviour and data to design smarter systems for business and society—spanning financial services, economic research, programme delivery, and digital products. He is building Kilele so organisations can diagnose friction, test what works, and scale engagement with responsible AI.

Proof of work (anonymised)

A Nairobi-based digital lender tightened repayment reminders after a Pulse sludge audit (unnecessary friction that makes a process harder than it needs to be)—early field reads showed stronger same-week action when amount and deadline appeared before the payment link.

## The ecosystem we are building

Pulse is available today. AI runs in pilots. Hub is on waitlist for trials. Labs, Academy, Insights, Studio, and Community extend the same growth engine—connected, not scattered.
